Northern Interior
Finishes works closely with TCHC and takes lead on the upkeeping and renovation of their vacant units. To date we have completed about 135 projects for TCHC which includes: Flooring, Bathrooms, Kitchens and Painting.

SENIOR AND RETIREMENT HOMES

Northern Interior Finishes has contracts in quite a few senior living centres. We are responsible for their renovations, maintenance and upgrades. Some of those centres include: The Teddington Retirement Residence, Hazelton Retirement Residence, The Heritage Nursing Home, Leisure Living Retirement Home.

SUBDIVISIONS – NEW CONSTRUCTION

We constantly work with builders and developers and are responsible for completing the interior finishes of several developments in the east of the GTA. Some of these projects include: The Whitby Meadows, Halminen Homes and Mattamy Homes – Seaton.

INFINITY CONDOS

High rise luxury condo complex in the heart of Jurassic Park, Scotiabank Arena vicinity. We renovated the entire common area changing the carpet tiles, electrical, wallpaper, lighting, painting and vinyl flooring and kitchens. We are scheduled to replace carpet and wallpaper in all corridors in summer of 2020

HIGH‐RISE CONDO DEVELOPERS
